Today’s final adoption by the Council of the new Public Procurement Package paves the way for implementation by the EU Member States within two years. In this context, the EU Social Partners in the contract catering sector, EFFAT (European Federation of Food, Agriculture and Tourism Trade Unions) and FoodServiceEurope, call on Member States to seize the opportunities that were lost at EU level.
