FoodServiceEurope and EFFAT, EU social partners for the contract catering sector, are launching our updated Best Value Guide. This is the outcome of an EU funded project and the guide is expected to support client organizations in the procurement of food services based on quality as much as price, thereby promoting the values enshrined in the EU public procurement strategy of prompting quality services that fully respect workers’ rights among other quality considerations.
